Engaging fully with the act of physical training

Everyday Athletes is about engaging fully with the act of physical training. It is about training in ways that support and enhance our natural movement, and the everyday experience of living in our bodies. Creating this fitness experience goes hand in hand with switching on as an everyday athlete, and then continuing to make healthy choices for life.

Don't waste another day or week without the actions that will get you fitter and healthier than ever before. Don't waste another workout, going through the motions like a robot! (we've all seen them) Let's Go!


The Everyday Athletes Identity!

I really like the concept of the 'everyday athlete'. To me this sums up the seeking out of physical challenges or experiences on a regular basis that i can relate to. It also suggests engaging at a good level and / or seeking to improve.

Think about it for a moment - if you're an everyday athlete then it removes most of the struggle that others might associate with 'getting fit' or 'losing weight'. You are simply making your choices and expressing your inner athlete!

If you are just getting started, or feeling out of condition, don’t worry. You might as well start training in the right way with the right attitude.
