I have always been involved in competitive sports but over the past year I decided to step up my fitness levels. We’ve all hit that plateau where we're out of breath too quickly, the fat just won’t come off or the muscle won’t go on! By attending Steve’s weekly circuit training, boxercise and having personal training I made great progress. It was just the right motivation I needed!
The personal training included advice on workouts and nutrition which have helped me to set new goals and keep beating them! It was professionally conducted and Steve regularly enquires as to how I am progressing and offering new suggestions, while answering my onslaught of questions.
